As the delivery is made overnight without the physical presence of the recipient, CAT accepts posterior reservations if they are sent before 10 am with a photo.
Claims will only be accepted in the event of damaged packaging. If the part is damaged inside an intact colli (hidden damage), CAT considers it to be the customer’s responsibility.
For bare parts: the customer must send CAT a list of the parts to be examined. CAT can also offer returnable containers.
